Long-time residents Virginia and Frank are happy to welcome the young couple moving into the house next door. Pablo and his pregnant wife Tania are excited to meet their new neighbors. Everything is going smoothly until Pablo offers to replace the garden fence - and everyone’s best intentions quickly fly out the window.
